What is Drive Less Connecticut?
Each year, the Drive Less Connecticut (DLC) Challenge invites residents, employees, and employers across the state to rethink how they get around.
During the Challenge, participants explore a wide range of transportation options – discovering more convenient, cost-effective, and sustainable ways to travel, including:
Trains
Buses
Carpool
Vanpool
Biking, walking,
or telecommuting
While the DLC Challenge highlights the value of these options, we encourage everyone to continue using them year-round to save on transportation costs, improve mobility and create more choices for getting around instead of just driving alone.
